How You Will Make an Impact:
Develop & maintain regular weekly & monthly reporting processes using available reporting tools:
· Gather report requirements, analyze necessary data if needed
· Development of data sourcing logic
· Development of visual layer for end users
· Maintain reports for additional requirements & changes in underlying data
· Maintain required mapping tables and logicsParticipate in development of new metrics or attributes in Datamart (business requirements, testing)
Prepare ad hoc data requests
Propose and implement reporting process improvements to improve efficiency, data quality and end-user experience
Preparing and maintaining documentation supporting reporting procedures within direct area of responsibility
Analyze business performance, profitability, revenue, cost, and efficiency trends
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of reporting data
Participate in the development and automation of reporting solutions and dashboards
Collaborate with Data Warehouse, BI, and Finance teams to improve reporting frameworks and data quality
Define and document reporting requirements and calculation methodologies
Perform reconciliations and validation of management reporting data
Work closely with business divisions and product owners to understand reporting needs and business drivers
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Educational background in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business or similar field
Good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT system
Understanding accounting and financial reporting processes
Prior experience with working with data from warehouse
Advanced skills to build and maintain reports with MS Excel and Power BI or/and SQL
Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
Good time management and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Activity-Based Costing (ABC) cost allocation and product profitability is desirable
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on Pan-Baltic level

Gross salary. 3150 - 3900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
